Shipping

We aim to ship orders within one business day after payment clears on Whatnot. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Orders are packed carefully to protect sealed product and graded slabs. Tracking is provided through Whatnot’s order system when available.

If you have not received tracking or your package appears delayed, contact orders@zigwavy.com with your order details.

Returns

Sealed, unopened Pokémon TCG product may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it remains unused and in original factory-sealed condition.

• Opened, damaged, or non-sealed items are not eligible for return unless received defective or incorrect.
• Graded slabs and singles sold as-is in live auctions are generally final sale unless misdescribed.
• Approved returns must be shipped back in protective packaging; buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.

To start a return, email orders@zigwavy.com within the return window with your order number and reason.

Authenticity

ZIG Wavy Enterprise LLC sells authentic sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game product from official Pokémon Company International lines, along with singles and graded slabs as described in each listing or live show.

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit or unofficial reproductions. If you believe an item is not as described, contact us promptly with photos and your order information so we can resolve it.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfill orders and respond to inquiries — typically name, shipping address, and email as provided through Whatnot or when you email us directly.

We do not sell personal information. Order and shipping data is used for fulfillment, customer service, and (where applicable) wholesale account setup.
